I was left in a chair after having a sezuire upon arrival. I was in the chair until the next day until space was available for me to go onto a unit after deciswas made for me to be admitted. I was in total pain.

Everything was nice and clean. Reception staff were kind and civil, volunteer was especially kind. Information ahead of our appointment was comprehensive. On arriving, staff listened to our concerns and acted on them. Well done, Queens. Best wishes.
